"Writing from the waiting room.."

Scheduled time of appointment: 2pm It's now 5.10pm and still waiting. I've waisted half day off from work and this is the second time already. Last time the doctor examinate me too late and then I couldn't get results on time. Today is happening the same thing with an extra; they need to examinate me again as the previous radiologist didn't aspire enough cells to be able to determine the results. How annoying and not professional, disrespectful. The reception assistant says that they don't have a records of appointments but only check in patients, so when asking how long is to be they reply; sorry I don't know an the doctor is busy so I can't ask. Very helpful. No respect towards individuals, especially when discussing matters about cancer. Treated like numbers.
