My complaint is the time it takes to contact staff,when telephoning [01724 203419] line open 8.30am-5.00pm. message comes on all staff busy please stay on line you are no 1 in the queue.6min to 10min later you are sill waiting,so you hang up,and try again, this can go on all morning,Problem, waiting six months six weeks for treatment ,injections for severe back and leg pain,pain that makes you cry at night,Aug 14, 2013 last treatment.next appointment for treatment march 7th,not nice for a lady of 75years of age, Last visit was just to talk,The Dr I saw,did say he would have tried to fit me in there and then but i had no dressing gown with me,So he said he was going to put me down for treatment every 3months,since then 6weeks have pasted,so we have now managed to contact pain management team and was told an appintment has been booked for 7th march,but we have not had it in waiting as yet,?So sleepless nights continue.try the phone number for self to see how long you wait.
