"Trying to get an appointment"

About: Northern General Hospital

I have been referred to this hospital to get an appointment. My GP informed me as soon as he pressed 'Send' on this computer, it would be through at the hospital and i could ring them to make an appointment. I rang 4 hours later to be informed i had to wait 2 days as they have to approve and process the referral. I rang 2 days later to which they said they hadn't had the chance to do it and to ring back in the evening. I decided to ring back the next day, they still hadn't done it. I asked if it was possible to give feedback to what they said "feedback? what? to who?" This is ridiculous. Useless.
