What could be improved
The Hospital seems to be staffed by telephone answering machines it had been impossible to contact a living person on outpatients or even the main reception number.My mother is 88 and lives in Blackburn so why does she have to travel to Rossendale at 5.30 pm? Transport can only be arranged up to 3.30pm Help please!!!
