Everything was done to ensure I was as relaxed and comfortable with my procedure as was possible. The ethos of the CircleBath seems to revolve around patient care. This starts from arriving for your first consultation and continues till after discharge, when you receive a phone call asking if everything is ok. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone I came into contact with, nothing was too much trouble. My room and bed were very comfortable, everything was spotless and the food looked and tasted very appetising. A five star hotel could not have done better. The day of my operation I was in the theatre within an hour of my arrival, this meant I did not have time to get too stressed about the procedure. Thank you everyone at CircleBath
