What could be improved

I arrived 20 minutes early for my orthpediatic app knowing i should have xray rep told me to go to xray dept. had xray told to go back, on passing consultants room nurse said he`s on time 1.15hrs later another nurse asked if I had been for xray I should have been told to report back to rep a simple thing to do.we do not know all your procedures she was not busy and knew we were there she could have asked if we had been then we would1nt have wasted 1.15hrs
