I recently had an appointment at the pacemaker clinic and I have to say they were absolutely first class. I was treated extremely well. I was seen early – before my allotted time, it was very quick and efficient.

I had arranged to meet my wife in the cafeteria after she had parked the car and my appointment was over – the clinic was so quick I was in the cafeteria before she had parked the car.

I also get treatment from the Stewarton Health Centre and I’d like to tell you they are absolutely fantastic also.

What a lovely posting for me to read and pass on to my colleagues.

I am delighted to hear that your appointment at the pacemaker clinic went so well in fact was "first class", what a tribute to our staff there.

I will be sending your posting onto our Health Care Manager who covers the Pacemaker Clinic and they will then send this to the Clinic team, they will be really encouraged by it.

I am sure your wife was surprised to see you in the cafeteria, waiting on her! More time for a cuppa and a treat.

I will also be passing on your story to the Practice Manager at Stewarton Health Centre.
