"Paramedics even wished me a happy birthday!"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I had a fall in my house in December and called my son-in-law to help me. He tried to lift me but couldn’t and decided to call an ambulance to help.

Lisa Morgan and Hilary Forward from the South Western Ambulance Service came – there were very organized, efficient and friendly. They carried out observations on me, helped me up and constantly reassured me that I would be fine. They were two very professional, lovely people.

It was my 79th birthday, they even wished me a happy birthday!

Dear Name959

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope you are well.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most. I will ensure your kind words are passed onto Lisa and Hilary.

Kind regards
