"Appalling patient treatment!"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

Currently very upset of how my mother has been treat at this hospital! She, yet again has come home in tears after been messed about with appointments. Waiting around for hours without even being seen and then when seen made to feel it was her fault when infact was their own mistake! Something is clearly very wrong with past surgery she has had yet she is home with no answers and feeling like she will never return to complete her surgery! If she ends up very poorly be aware I will take this further!! You should be ashamed, I am not stupid enough to think that she is the only person in th country that is in need of help and I'm sure there are many people worse than us, I understand this however the way this has been dealt with is appalling and could of helped to at least make her felt listened to!
