Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your experience during your admission. It is really pleasing to hear first hand how impressed you were by the staff especially in their care for yourself and others. We will ensure that it is shared with the teams concerned, which will undoubtedly be gratefully received. We are sorry to hear that your one concern was in relation to the food. We have recognised this feedback from our patients and are working hard to improve the food our patients receive. We recently held a public patient food tasting forum in our main reception where we were joined by a reporter from the Slough Express (local newspaper). We received mainly positive feedback. However, it has highlighted one of our dishes was not a popular as the others and we will work towards improving the recipe or replace it on our patient main menu. The Trust is always happy to receive feedback in whatever forms this comes, whether positive or negative, and on going we will be openly inviting patients past or present and visitors and staff to come to these events and give us this feedback. We also hope that you are making a good recovery.
