My Husband and I would just like to express my gratitude for the care my husband received in Your A and E Department today. I feel it is important to say how impressed he was with the prompt and professional care he received in these times when there is so much negative press about the health service.I think it is a great service and we should be proud of all the excellent ,dedicated ,wonderful hardworking people we have in this much stretched service. Thank You To All Involved. Maggie Brady Mc Nulty

I was delighted to learn that you were so pleased with your experience when in A&E and will, of course, pass on your very kind comments to all the staff concerned. I know that the doctors, the nurses and the many other people who contribute to the care of patients, will greatly appreciate your kind words. It makes such a difference to morale to know that efforts have been appreciated.
