(as the patient),

I have previously complained about the way I was treated whilst waiting to be seen on the MAU ward, but I must say that I recently underwent surgery for an hysterectomy and I am pleased to say that the treatment I received was fantastic, the nurses on the ward were very friendly and helpfull and a big thank you to Dr Veeravallis who me treated me with the utmost respect.
