What I liked

I think the care and attention given to my mother is excellent at all levels. I am full of praise for all the hospital staff. My mother has been treated as both an in and out patient during the past few months .Treatment has been prompt and of a high standard. Everything possible has been done to make my mother as comfortable as possible and to speed her recovery.

What could be improved

Visitors and patients should use the hand disinfectants provided by the hospital when entering and leaving a department or ward to stop the spread of hospital infections and putting patients at risk from cross spreading germs.

Just to say a big thank you to all the staff at the Princess Royal University .Keep up the good work.
