About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

On reaching the hospital, which I might add I had been before, I noticed how well it looked and how well sign posted and what I saw was very clean.

The staff were very polite and helpful in explaining what would happen, which made me feel at ease. Also explaining how long before the results and why they might be a bit delayed.

Even though I was only there for about 15 minutes it was a good experience.
