About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I am awaiting counselling and apart from one phone call and a letter from TRAQS I have had no treatment, so I am unsure what you are asking me to review.

My GP referral was quick and clinical. I got the right results but felt as though it was the first step onto a conveyor belt of the NHS system.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent referral.

I am disappointed to note that you feel as though taken the first step onto the "conveyor belt" of the NHS system. TRAQS aims to provide a personal service to each individual patient. As all feedback is anonymous I would appreciate if you would contact TRAQS on 01952 580441 to allow us to investigate the matter further.

The fact that as yet you have received no treatment maybe related to waiting times at the appropriate clinic. Unfortunately this is not within TRAQS control.

I do hope you will contact TRAQS so that we can at least confirm that your referral has not been overlooked in any way.
