The GP was excellent and very friendly, clear and added a personal touch to the situation.

I am unsure why I am providing feedback for a middleman service that deals with admin.

I am pleased that you are very happy with the service provided to you by your GP.

I should explain that TRAQS was established at the request of GP Practices within the Telford and Wrekin area to provide a quick and efficient referral service to hospitals and clinics.

There is a TRAQS patient’s leaflet, which is available to be issued by all GP Practices. Each patient who is referred by their GP should be given one of these leaflets which explains the service, the steps in the process and contains contact telephone numbers within TRAQS should you wish to discuss your referral/appointment.

The intention of our request for feedback is to ensure that the service we provide to patients is maintained at the highest levels. However, we are aware that on occasion our service may not have reached our standards and unless we are notified of this we cannot make any necessary improvements.
