I had fantastic service, it was very good. I needed an extra pair of insoles and phoned the clinic to arrange an appointment for them. I was expecting to wait a few days for the appointment and then a further wait whilst the insoles were made.
Instead I was asked to go to the clinic the next day. I went in the morning during the wide time slot they had given me and saw a man called James. He asked if I could return to the clinic at 3: 00 when he would have my insoles ready for collection. This was great as I don’t live close to the clinic; I could spend some tome shopping in Dewsbury, collect my insoles and get home all in one day.
