About: Woodend Hospital / Elective Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was admitted as a day case for an Arthroscopy.

I cannot fault the care I was given, staff were efficient, friendly and cheerful.

The ward environment was clean. My surgeon gave me a full and clear explanation of what was planned and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had.

The operation went smoothly, I was comfortable after the operation and prior to discharge was given plenty of written information on what to expect, what I should and should not do along with a follow up appointment.
