After a fall at home on Christmas Day in which I dislocated my shoulder I was taken by ambulance to the A&E department at Musgrove Park Hospital. I would like to thank everyone involved in my care on that day. I waited in A&E dept. for a while and was then taken to a ward where I was X-rayed and prepared for the doctor to re-locate my shoulder. Everyone was very kind and caring. I was looked after mainly by my designated nurse but would mention that the anaesthetist was also very kind and after my procedure my husband and I were taken to another ward where a very kind gentleman made us a cup of tea and looked after us until I was able to get dressed and come home. I am sorry this message is belated but I have had problems writing. I am now recovering, with the help of the Physio dept. Not the best day to be on duty but everyone was very professional and kind. Please pass on my Thanks to all the staff involved.
"Thank you"
