Dear Jan, It is particularly satisfying that we were able to meet your expectations considering what you had been advised and indeed, thank you for keeping faith! I am sorry you heard that the hospital was not good, we do try to get a message out about how hard we are working to achieve improvement and it is through comments like yours that members of the public are able to understand the quality of experience we manage to deliver in the vast majority of cases.
