"Spinal injections for pain"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I had this procedure carried out last Friday the 7th of Feb: after two cancellations for various reasons. This was my third procedure for the same ailment - excessive lower back pain. I have great faith in the doctor and his team, this faith was fully confirmed by the treatment I received. I experienced a lot of pain while having the procedure and was given extra sedative which unfortunately sent me to sleep when, so they tell me, I began to snore quite loudly, for which I apologise. I do not know whether it was because of my age but I unusually felt very unwell with a B.P. of 210/105 after the procedure and spent some time in recovery before medication brought it down. I now have to wait to see whether the procedure was effective. I would like to thank everyone involved in my care last Friday. Brian Clay.
