"4th time a umitigated success"

I needed a colonoscopy-three previous attempts at Wansbeck and Nuffield had been unsuccessful despite the considerable skill of the operatives. I can'say that I was terribly confident about a 4th attempt. What I hadn't allowed for was the consummate ability of the doctor and his team. From 'signing in' to leaving I was treated with respect and everything was explained in a simple but non patronising way. The procedure was carried out in a warm, caring but skillful atmosphere. The doctor was successful in investigating the entire colon. Thank you, you're a real credit to your profession and to North Tynside Hospital. Colin
