My father was admitted to Queens Hospital Romford 6 times over as many months. We met several medical teams, nurses and healthcare assistants all of whom treated him well and with dignity. It was annoying that on each admission we were asked exactly the same detailed questions but this was blamed on a new computer system being put in place. Overall the hospital is very clean, very calm and quiet and the staff seemed to be very good humoured and definitely caring. Care on the elderly wards is particularly good. The care offered to my father and our family on the day he died in December 2013 was excellent and helped us a great deal.
"Excellent care in A&E/Medical Assessment..."
