(as a parent/guardian),

My son has allergies and eczema.

It was decided that he should have skin patch tests. An appointment letter arrived and unfortunately the times were not convenient for us to get to because of my work.

I rang and spoke to a helpful lady who changed the times with no fuss.

On the day of the first appointment we got caught in traffic. I rang worried we might be late and was reassured it's not a problem.

On arrival we were welcomed and my son had everything explained to him kindly and warmly by the HCA who saw us. She was so reassuring. We saw her again a few days later for removal of the patches and once again she interacted so nicely with my son that it put him at ease. The last appointment with the dermatologist and the high standard of care continued as the Dr got down to my sons level to talk to him and involve him in the consultation.

Overall very impressive standard of care.
