About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road)

The waiting times at this hospital are extraordinary. I have twice had to leave appointments without being seen and the attitude of the staff from the clerks up to the Chief Executive is extraordinarily complacent. Their handling of complaints leaves much to be desired too. Reasonable requests are ignored and opportunities to resolve situations are missed. I have had good experiences her in the past but on the strength of my experiences over the past few months wouldn't recommend this hospital

I understand that you have now made a more formal written complaint, which is much the best way to proceed as this will help us more thoroughly investigate your particular circumstances and to make improvements for others in future.
