My husband and I attended the urology clinic to obtain results of a procedure carried out at Heartlands hospital. The clinic was held at Solihull hospital and we were seen by Andrew Hobster. This dedicated nurse greeted us warmly, was totally professional and explained everything to us in detail. Fortunately results were good but we both felt that Mr Hobster should be a role model for others who sadly seem indifferent to patients needs and worries. Mr Hobster should be applauded for the way in which he conducts himself on a professional and personal level.
