"Excellent care"

I was taken to the Assessment unit at RVI this morning. I was seen immediately by a charming young nurse. I had numerous tests. I was offered food and drink. The meal was excellent. Doctors took blood and my medical history and was most courteous . I was eventually seen by a cardiologist having been told roughly how long I would have to wait.. All in all everyone was most professional. Please pass on my comments to staff concerned. Dorothy James
