"Review of A&E"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road)

Was prepared for a long wait at a&e (4 hours in total) but I wasn't prepared for the doctor I saw having no knowledge about my condition and couldn't have cared less which she didn't even try to hide. After less than 5 minutes with her and despite me being in a great deal of pain she motioned that we were finish. I will be writing a letter of complaint.

I'm sorry to hear about this. A formal complaint is definitely the best way to proceed, as this enables us to investigate properly and to identify what needs to be done to prevent similar problems for other patients in future.
