"A recent visit to A and E"

Early hours of this morning 2am my daughter and I had to take our grandson to Dewsbury A&E. The waiting room was quite and the wait time was approximately 3 hours . After about an hour my 7 month old grandson was taken to be seen . We finally left the hospital at around 6.30 am . The care and attention my grandson received was exceptionally fantastic . In all the years I have had to attend this hospital for various reasons I can truly say that this has been the best visit . The staff nurse when first seen was very helpful and treat my grandson with such care . The doctor was truly amazing . She was so caring and gentle with him , she had to get him checked by I presume was the head doctor a name I cannot remember but he again showed such care and concern for him . All we hear all the time are people moaning about hospitals but honestly this comment I hope wants feeding back to the highest level but also to the staff last night on A&E Thanks again Isaac Kendall' s family Sally James xx
