"Excellent and a big thank you"

I would like to say a big, big thank you to the Doctor (unfortunately as I was in pain I do not recall his full name) who cared for me during my visit on the evening of Tuesday 28 January. He was very thorough and fully explained the situation to me. It was difficult for me to explain my problem however he was able to quickly identify the problem and provide the suitable remedy. I am pleased to say that I am now on the road to recovery. It is times when one is in great pain that it is reassuring that there are great people like this on hand to help. I feel very lucky indeed to have been seen by this person. To act in such a caring and professional manner in what must at times be a thankless task is truly amazing.
