(as a relative),

My husband had an operation on his lower back and the wound takes cleaning and packing and bandaging.

Being the weekend we needed to go to Emergency services to have my husbands wound on his lower back cleaned, packed and bandaged.

Tracey at Emergency at East Surrey was fantastic! She was so kind and helpful making him feel at ease and helping him keep his dignity. Thorough cleaning of the wound, packing and finally the bandaging was so professional that my husband is now able to go the toilet free of hanging bandages from previous nurses. Work of art is how I describe the neatness and care taken.

Great care in a very busy environment.

Congratulations to you Tracey you are our STAR Nurse! !
