"Second terrible experience"

About: Kettering General Hospital

I wrote the review Misdirection and lies and this time it's worse. I arrived on time for my appointment and there was a couple sitting next to me. After waiting around 20 minutes for doctor to arrive, she was late: double standard, I discovered they had the same appointment time as yours truly. When they were taken in shortly after the doctor's arrival I then spoke to the secretary and she tried to figure out what was going on. I was told my appointment had been moved to 14:15 so I waited again. Around 14:05 a gentleman came in for his 14:15 appointment. I was confused with this gentleman so I did not have an appointment at all. I have no idea why an appointment that stood since November 2013 was deleted from the system. How was I not informed about this? This department has wasted my time and money. How long do I have to wait? Is eight months not enough? This is absolutely pathetic. However, I must give credit to the secretary as she must have been sick of the sight of me knocking on her door and she tried her best to help. The gentleman who came in after me had his appointment rescheduled three times and he was notified. Why wasn't I? I've been lied to and messed around and this is unacceptable by any standard.
