About: Dewsbury & District Hospital

I have been struggling with endometreosis since I was 19 I am now 33 I was told nearly 11 years ago that if I concieved again it would be life threatening so I asked for a hysterectomy they refused as I was not married and was not 30+. After struggling to cope for a few more years I asked my GP for another refferel fake menapause they said bair in mind im now married and 31at this point they said can not do hysterectomy lets try this treatment was given first injection rang in on the second as I had flu they said wel send new appointment thru post none arrived id been discharged. Managed to end up doing full first lot of treatment waiting for follow up from October my consultant retired the morning of my afternoon appointment and now no one is reachable and I refuse to be reffered for a 3rd time when the treatment is on going till we agree to stop.

We would be pleased to arrange for this episode of care to be investigated if the patient would like to contact us directly with the appropriate details.
