"friendly and cooperative staff"

I have just recently been to the hospital for my ultrasound and found the staff in this departmnent to be very very helpful and cheerful. It was all clean, nice and quiet and the staff at the reception were very helpful. Also, the radiologist who did my scan today i.e. 07 February 2014 at around 10:00 am was very kind, helpful and cooperative. He did my kindney scanned but as my bladder was not full, he allowed me more time and asked me to drink more water and wait for half an hour before he carried out furher scan of my bladder. He was very professional, kind and respectful towards me. I think we all need more of such people in the hospital wherein people visit with various pains and problems and expect a little care and kind hospitality from staff.
