About: Leighton Hospital

My GP referred me for X-rays of both hips. I turned up without an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. All staff were not just pleasant but positively happy and helpful. The receptionists were exceptional – but so was everyone else. I have memory problems and hearing aids which picked up the noise from the machines. The X-ray staff had a lot of patience and were happy to explain everything to me several times.

My department endeavours to provide a high quality service to all its patients and it’s great to feel that our efforts are appreciated.
