"Discusted-not enough privacy"

About: Northern General Hospital

I visited A & E dept of Northern General Hospital,,, I had a very embarrassing swelling, which was extremely painful, so me and my husband entered the building went towards the reception she was kind but when she spoke and asked what the problem was ,, it was mega embarrassing as she spoke thru a mic and her voice was mega loud people behind me can also hear her, then after waiting 30 mins nurse called us, still standing,,he briefly asked what the problem was,, took my temp,,blood pressure,,was fairly reasonable,, told us wait back in waiting area,,before a nurse should call,,waited further 1 hour,,a kind nurse called asked about the problem,,then wanted to take a look,,to my horror while the nurse examined me,, another nurse came right in from nowhere without warning and didn't even apologise I was already very nervous and in pain,,I guess this could have been avoided if it had been in a proper room and not just with curtains all round. Also was in pain 3 different professions examined me,, clearly was in agony not even one offered any form of pain relief while they examined me ,,,I almost thote we were in the stone ages without the knowledge of any sort of pain relief. I would appreciate some feedback from NGH
