Hi, I had to go to orthopaedics on 3rd jan as a x ray i had done 4 weeks earlier showed up a cyst the size of a tennis ball. The surgeon I saw give me a letter to take to mri dept right away to get an appointment. The women at the desk took the letter as the man she had to consult with to make my appointment was on a break. It was agreed she would speak to him then send details of my appointment in the post she said it would no more than a week. Could you tell me if he has finished his break yet?

I am extremely sorry that you have not had a timely response from us - it was very disappointing to learn that we have failed to provide you the kind of service and attention we would routinely expect for our patients. I can fully understand how keen you must be to receive your MRI appointment as soon as possible .
