What I liked

consultant nice chatted to be like an adult - they have a habit of treating you like lower mortals depite being PUBLIC SERVANTS!!!!!

What could be improved

Nurses should wear 'noise free shoes' i was woken several times during the night with banging of what appeared to be pointy shoes!!! and the lights never went off how were we meant to sleep????? Isn't it essential for recovery???

Anything else?

The wards and departments look like they have that sick building syndrome it's very drab boring and uninteresting compared to other hospitals who are bright, airy and have vibrant colours etc
