"Plastic surgery at Northern General"

I had a nasty trip on some wet pavement, which resulted in my glasses breaking on my face and the slicing through to the bone in my nose. I was taken by ambulance to the Northern General hospital, where I was told that I would need plastic surgery. After a few cancellations, I eventually went into surgery two days later and was discharged from the hospital that evening.

I was pleased to have received good treatment, but I do feel that it could have been done earlier (without so many cancellations).
