What could be improved

Awful rooms/wards.7 beds in 5 areas,only 1had view other than another wall.visiting only one and half hour,very long boring days.some staff better than others. disrepectfull to come into a room take all the OBS go out again in silence,even an Hello would be polite.

Anything else?

Staff Nurse on the Ward was the nicest person in the whole hospital. Lot of other staff could learn a lot from their manner.
