Had a historoscopy today. I was impressed about how much care has been taken into the person centred approach. I had things explained in simple terms and understood fully why my ablation could not continue. This has never happened in any of my previous procedures. I felt involved and that I knew what was going on. The nursing was of a very high standard, as was the hygiene and I would like to than everybody who looked after me very well. Jayne Graver
