"Brilliant hospital"

I choose to use Rivers after a very bad experience at PAH and I'm very glad that I did. The staff were both kind and respectful, I was treated like a 'rockstar' compared to an NHS hospital. In fact I was treated so well that any nervousness I had left the moment I entered my private room. My Dr explained the procedure I was having and it was over before I knew it, there was no pain and I was monitored by a very thoughtful nurse. I would recommend Rivers to everyone and should I need any future operations I will once again choose Rivers.
