I have been passed from pillar to post with this Hospital. I am waiting to have a cyst removed from underneath my eye and have been put through to so many different departments regarding my appointment. I am either not on their list or they can't find my appointment which has been arranged for me weeks before. I have taken time off work to go to these appointments only to be told the Doctor isnt available today or come back in another months time! You'd think i was going to have a huge operation when all i want is a small cyst removing that would probably take 10 minutes to do! No one has a clue what they are doing when you ring up for some answers, and i am so angry and frustrated at the way i have been treated!
