"Badly run & poor management"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I was unfortunate to have to re-visit A&E after an operation but be warned they dont want to admit you because they have a shortage of beds, they told me nothing was wrong with me and sent me home Despite My Protests. I became so ill over the next 3 days I had to go back to A&E again with a temperature of 38 degrees, an Infection & other post operative complications. During my stay I was very disappointed to witness that the place is still very Poorly Managed & run, groups of nurses although very nice & pleasant standing around the desks chatting for an hour while patients in beds next to me tried to get their attention & help. Bring back Sisters it`s the only answer! And lastly but not least the Hospitality/departure lounge! What a disaster, be prepared for a 3 to 4 hour wait for medication & a lift home, I didn`t even want the lift home, it still took 3 hours for my medication the first time I was discharged, & 5 hours the second time. In summary a lot of nice staff but a very poorly run & badly managed hospital.
