"Good staff but need to check their notes before..."

Apart from the 16 hour wait for the first surgery it was as good as can be expected. The next one was not as smooth. Took me over a year to get an appointment after being referred by various medical professionals and then got made to wait six hours before being told they didn't have enough time for me, and to go home and wait for another appointment. Find it hard to believe they don't know how long each procedure will take especially when the surgery is as vital as mine is. I really didn't want to leave a bad review, especially when the ward staff were as amazing as they but this really was a step to far.
