"Yellow reception"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

17 jan 2014 10.45 went to appointment thinking I was going for another scan, called in by doctor this time the head of the department he didn't seem to know why I was there. I exsplained that I had an pharyngosopy and mri scan and that I had been at a previose apoinment to get results and that they had gone missing. he then asked me to give him time,s an dates I couldn't off the top of my head as all my paperwork was at home he then looked on his computa he could not find any information at all and there was no information in my notes I got the impression he thought I was making it up he then put a camra up my nose and said in my opinion everything is ok bleeding and blisters is normal for some people and the matter is closed and there is no need for another ct scan im very concerned that because all the information had gone missing afther spending a lot of money and time to loose all that information and to make me feel that it was my fault for his departments mistakes.
