"Rude staff"

About: Ealing Hospital

The staff in maternity was very rude. No respect for patients. I was in labour pain but midwife shouted at me why I am crying. Most of the staff was looking stressed and uncomfortable . I asked the nurse who was giving BCG injection to new born babies whether she is going to do mine baby too but she replied her shift is finished already 20 minutes So she can't but 30 minutes later she came said ok I am going to do this for you But my shift should have been finished by now. I will say avoid maternity wing if you can.
