"Discharge from MAU"

My elderly father (81) who has dementia was discharged from MAU late at night dressed thin NHS pyjamas despite the fact that he had clean clothing including a warm jumper with him. They couldn't even be bothered to dress him. Disgraceful.

MAU would like to apologise profusely for what was clearly a lapse in care. The team will be discussing this at their next ward meeting.
