I would like to no why me mam went into hospital after a fall and came out 100 times more pooly then when she went in. We feel she was not cared for, she was sent to a care home she was there 10 days and her own doctor did blood tests and now she is back in north tees where she is pooly once again.
In hartlepool she was put in a chair and just left there all day she could not get a drink or feed herself and when they sent her in to the home they said she could do all this and look after herself. She also lost almost 2 stone in the time she was there and she was only just over 6 stone when she went in we feel she was neglected and it has upset us very much.
I need answers as I feel we sould take this to high nhs people
