"Waiting time for clinic appointment exceeded 2..."

About: Conquest Hospital

Orthopaedic appointment times were totally disregarded. Patients not seen in order of allocated appointment time leading to several patients waiting in excess of 2 hours. Clinic badly run and this event happens frequently. By the time I was seen, too little time was spent being reviewed by the consultant. Very poor service. Appointments were scheduled with patients being booked in at identical appointment time. Waiting to be seen when in excruciating pain is very unpleasant and unnecessary. Could arrange appointments better.
